Dr. Arifuzzaman received his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Iowa State University. His doctoral work specialized in organic synthesis and their applications to nanomaterials, particularly to molecularly imprinted nanoparticles. In the Rouge Group he will be working on designing new synthetic probes for tracking nucleic acid delivery post endocytosis into cells.
