2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Isabel and Patrick from our group gave tours of the Rouge Research Lab at UConn to Berlin High School and Platt High School&#8217;s AP Chemistry Classes, teaching them about teacher workshop. \u00a0The Rouge group opened its doors to local high school teachers to show simple experiments using nanomaterials that can be performed in high school class room href=\"http:\/\/www.bethany-ed.org\/page.cfm?p=1116\">Bethany Community School<\/a>&#8216;s\u00a0 GEMS\u00a0 program (GEMS &#8211; <strong>G<\/strong>irls <strong>E<\/strong>xcelling in <strong>M<\/strong>ath and <strong>S<\/strong>ciences).\u00a0 GEMS gives young girls the chance to see techniques in science and encourage them in STEM related fields.<\/p>\n<p><a
