UConn RNA Salon – established in 2017 through funding by the RNA Society and supplemental funding from Lexogen, the RNA Salon is co-organized by members of the Rouge Lab and student co-organizers in other labs focused on RNA research on UConn campus. The UConn RNA Salon is intended for research scientists at all levels, ranging from undergraduate to graduate students, postdocs and faculty, with interdisciplinary backgrounds, bringing attendees from chemistry, molecular cell biology, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, and medical sciences to provide a space to share results and spark collaborations.
